Despite the many challenges facing the world today, many businesses are still not engaging with sustainability at the level, and urgency, that is needed to address the grand challenges of the day. Paolo attributes this lack of engagement to three key issues: a common definition of sustainability is lacking; a failure to recognise sustainability as a competitive driver; and a need for leaders to better understand the tools needed to drive change.
